Ethiopia Harrar. A blend of organic 100% Arabica beans. HIGHEST GRADE according to GOST 6805-97. Organic Arabica from the Harrar region, hand-picked on the finest private plantations exclusively for Mr.Rich. It features floral-fruity notes with a pronounced taste of chocolate, caramel, berries, blueberries, and red Burgundy wine.
Growing altitude: 1600–2000 m. Country of origin: Ethiopia.
Main notes: blueberry, raspberry, wine-like acidity, floral and spicy nuances (jasmine, cinnamon), red Burgundy wine.
Acidity: wine-like, bright yet well balanced.
Body: medium, sometimes light, with a smooth texture and a long aftertaste.
